Regulations of the "PetPharma" Store
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Definitions

Store - weterynaryjny.pl website, Buyer - entity using the online store for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity, User - a natural or legal person, without territorial restrictions, who, after registration, has access to the Assortment offered by the Store, Assortment - movable items available in the Store, Regulations - these regulations.

The Store is located at the website address http://www.vetpharmaeu.com and allows Users and Buyers to purchase the Assortment via the Internet. The customer can use the store using the following web browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera.

Purchases by Buyers and/or Users in the Store are made as part of distance contracts, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000). . Orders

Only the User and/or the Buyer who has registered can place an order in the Store. Orders without registration (via e-mail, telephone) are acceptable provided that the data necessary to accept the order are provided.

Orders can be placed via the website 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed and paid on weekdays after 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed the next business day.

The basic condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion by the Buyer and/or User of the order form available on the Store's website or placing the appropriate order in another approved form. Incorrectly completed order forms will not be considered.

A necessary condition for the execution of the order is that the Buyer and/or User provide a telephone number or (and) e-mail address. After accepting the order, the Store will confirm it by phone or (and) e-mail. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours may not be processed. After 14 days, the unpaid order will be canceled.

The offers presented in the store are only an invitation to start negotiations by placing an order (in accordance with Article 71 of the Civil Code). In this sense, offers presented in the store are not offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code.

If circumstances occur that prevent the Store from fully or partially fulfilling the order, the Store reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order. The Store undertakes to immediately notify the Buyer and/or User about the situation.

The availability of goods can only be confirmed by the Store, in writing by e-mail, the offer on the website is for illustrative purposes only, the Store has the right to refuse to process the order in the event of a lack of goods or any problem with its implementation.

Execution of the contract

The prices of goods in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT. The offer is valid only in Poland.

The ordered goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the order form. The order processing time is 2-4 business days, and a maximum of 14 (however, this only applies to special-order products when the product is imported from the manufacturer)

Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer and/or User. In certain cases (above PLN 300), delivery costs are borne by the Store.

At the request of the Buyer and/or User expressed in the order form, a confirmation of purchase is issued in the form of a VAT invoice. The goods should be checked in the presence of the delivering person (courier) - this guarantees quick and trouble-free settlement of complaints in the event of non-compliance of the goods.

Settlements of e-transfer transactions are carried out via Przelewy24.

Full responsibility for the shipment rests with our company until the receipt of the shipment is signed on the consignment note. In case of external damage or suspicion of tampering with the package, it should be checked in the presence of the courier, and in case of any shortages, prepare an appropriate report with the courier and report it to our company immediately.
Guarantees

The goods offered in the Store are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer of the goods or the seller. In the event of a complaint, please contact the service indicated in the warranty card (if any) or directly with the Store. The basis for initiating the procedure is the proof of purchase, which you receive with the ordered goods.
Complaints

Complaints regarding mechanical damage incurred during transport will only be accepted if they are reported to the courier or the nearest branch of the courier company on the DELIVERY DAY and a damage report is prepared together with the courier, detailing the damaged goods. Complaints submitted after this date will be 100% considered negative. Moreover, the Buyer and/or User is obliged to send a copy of the damage report to the Seller. The deadline for considering a complaint is 14 days.

Complaints regarding differences in the appearance of the ordered products and those received, which result from incorrectly set parameters of the Buyer's and/or User's monitor, do not constitute grounds for returning the product.
Personal data protection

The Seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) dated April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended). Pursuant to this Act, the Buyer and/or User has the right to inspect their data, correct it and submit a request to discontinue its use.

The Buyer and/or User agrees and authorizes the Seller to:
processing of his personal data by the Seller or entities to which the Seller commissions activities necessary for the performance of contracts concluded between the Buyer and/or the User and the Seller;
processing his personal data in order to inform him about the products offered by the Seller or entities cooperating with him.
raise an objection to the processing of the Buyer's data in the cases specified in Article 23 section 1 point 4 and 5 of this Act.
Final Provisions

In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code (Act of April 23, 1964, Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended) and the above-mentioned Act on protection of certain consumer rights.
